I’ve loved ads since forever.

Forever started when I was 8, lying on my Yiayia’s couch, watching telly.

The scene was long and stark and called World Vision.

When it was over, I ran to the phone to talk about it.

Stacy answered on the first ring.

We spoke about the unfolding famine in Africa - and my Beanie Baby collection.

Later that evening, my parents learned they had another child - in Uganda. 

I learned that if you’re going to take somebody’s money, you’d better have a good reason.

And that’s been my creative ethos ever since.
